  • Be present or ensure someone is present at the scheduled service time
  • Provide a safe and suitable environment for our service providers
  • Pay the agreed-upon price for the services rendered

Product Orders

When ordering our products, you agree to:

  • Pay the purchase price of the products, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees
  • Use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and any provided instructions

Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods for our products and services. All payments must be made in full before services are rendered or products are shipped. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For service bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For product orders, you may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Intellectual Property

Our services and all content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Meda Assist or its suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meda Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
