How do I schedule a home service?
You can schedule a home service by filling out our contact form, calling our customer service line, or using the booking feature on our website. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
What areas do you service?
We currently provide services in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban. We're continuously expanding our coverage, so please contact us if you're outside these areas.
How can I track my product order?
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on our website to view real-time updates on your order status.
What is your cancellation policy?
For home services, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. For product orders, you can cancel before shipping for a full refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital and physical gift cards that can be used for both our home services and wellness products. They make perfect gifts for friends and family.
